肝速康滴丸的制备工艺研究

Study on the Preparation of Gansukang Dropping Pills

目的:研究肝速康滴丸的工艺,对其中重点工艺步骤进行研究优化。方法:对肝速康滴丸生产过程各步骤进行温度,滴速,基质等方面的研究,同时进行小试及三批中试。结果:齐墩果酸粗品、云芝多糖80℃以下干燥,粉碎,与聚乙二醇4000按1:2.5混匀,熔融温度为85-90℃,滴入冷却的液状石蜡中(滴距为4cm),滴制成丸,该工艺稳定可行。结论:经过三批中试试验,证明该工艺稳定可行。

Objective:To study the technology of Gansukang dropping pills and optimize the key process steps.Methods:The production process of Gansukang dropping pills was studied in terms of temperature,dropping rate and matrix,and the small test and three batches of pilot test were carried out.Results:Crude oleanolic acid and polysaccharide were dried at 80℃,crushed and then combined with PEG4000 according to 1:2.5 blend,melting temperature at 85-90℃,dropped into the cooled liquid paraffin(drop distance was 4cm),and the dropping pills were prepared.The techmology was stabile and feasible..Conclusion:Through three batches of pilot test,it is proved that the process is stabile and feasible.
