布地奈德福莫特罗联合氨茶碱对慢阻肺患者肺功能及血气指标的影响

Effects of Budesonide and Formoterol Combined with Sminophylline on Pulmonary Function and Blood Gas Indexes in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨布地奈德福莫特罗联合氨茶碱对慢阻肺患者肺功能及血气指标的影响。方法:将2018年5月至2020年5月期间,在我院接受治疗的慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,共计80例,其中采用氨茶碱治疗的患者为本研究单纯组(n=40),采用布地奈德福莫特罗联合氨茶碱治疗的患者为本研究联合组(n=40),比较两组治疗后的肺功能及血气指标。结果:治疗后联合组FVC、MVV、PEF、FEV1/FVC等指标均明显高于单纯组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组pH、PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)等指标明显高于单纯组,PaCO_(2)指标明显低于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论:采用布地奈德福莫特罗联合氨茶碱治疗慢阻肺患者,疗效确切,能有效地改善患者的肺功能与血气指标,有助于恢复患者的呼吸功能,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of budesonide formoterol combined with aminophylline on pulmonary function and blood gas indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:80 patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects,including the patients treated with aminophylline as the study group(n=40),and the patients treated with budesonide and formoterol combined with aminophylline as the combined group(n=40).The lung function and blood gas indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:after treatment,FVC,MVV,PEF,FEV1/FVC indexes in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of pH,PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the simple group,and the PaCO_(2) index was significantly lower than that in the simple group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide formoterol combined with aminophylline in the treatment of patients with COPD,the curative effect is exact,can effectively improve the lung function and blood gas indicators of patients,help to restore the respiratory function of patients,it is worthy of application.
