关节镜下骨刺切除与足底跖筋膜松解术联用治疗足跟痛的疗效

Effect of Arthroscopic Bony Spur Resection Combined with Plantar Metatarsal Fascial Release in the Treatment of Heel Pain

目的:观察分析关节镜下骨刺切除与足底跖筋膜松解术联用治疗足跟痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2017年8月至2019年9月收治的足跟痛患者80例为研究对象,随机将其分为每组有40例患者的两组。研究组患者应用关节镜下骨刺切除与足底跖筋膜松解术联合治疗措施,对照组患者采用传统手术方法。在术前术后分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)评分评估足部疼痛程度以及足部功能。结果:研究组患者术后7天、1个月、3个月及6个月的VAS评分低于术前及对照组相同时期(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后7天、1个月、3个月及6个月的AOFAS评分高于术前及对照组相同时期(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下骨刺切除与足底跖筋膜松解术联用可以改善足跟痛患者疼痛程度以及足部功能,具有大力推广价值。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic bony spur resection combined with plantar fascia release in the treatment of heel pain.Methods:80 patients with heel pain in our hospital from August 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with arthroscopic bony spur resection and plantar fascia release,while the control group were treated with traditional surgical methods.Patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopic plantar osteolysis.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and American Association of foot and ankle surgery(AOFAS)scores were used to evaluate the degree of foot pain and foot function before and after operation.Results:The VAS scores of the study group at 7 days,1 month,3 months and 6 months were lower than those before operation and the same period in the control group(P<0.05).The AOFAS scores of the study group at 7 days,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were higher than those before operation and the same period in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic bony spur resection combined with plantar metatarsal fascial release can improve the pain degree and foot function of patients with heel pain.
