摘要
本文介绍了影响聚乙烯护套料拉伸性能测试的因素,分别从试样是否削平、测试温度、拉伸速率和哑铃试样大小等方面进行了试验分析,结果表明,试样是否削平、拉伸速率对测试结果影响很大,哑铃片试样大小对试验结果影响较小。
This paper introduces the factors affecting the tensile performance test of polyethylene sheath material.The experimental analysis is carried out from the aspects of whether the sample is flattened or not,test temperature,tensile rate and dumbbell sample size,the results show that whether the sample is removed by cutting or not and tensile rate have a great influence on the test results,and the dumbbell sample size has little influence on the test results.
