小型猪作为新型的实验动物模型,已经形成自己的研发系统,目前被应用于多种人类疾病模型,其使用数量也在逐年增多,随着研究的不断深入,小型猪作为人类疾病模型在生命科学领域和医学领域的作用越来越大。文章概括介绍了国内外小型猪在人类疾病模型的研究进展情况,旨在为促进小型猪在人类疾病模型的发展提供参考。

As a new experimental animal model,miniature pig has formed its own research and development system,which has been applied to a variety of human disease models,and the number of miniature pigs increased year by year.With the deepening of research,miniature pigs are playing an increasingly important role in life science and medicine as human disease models.In this paper,research progress of miniature pig in human disease model at home and abroad is summarized,aiming to provide reference for promoting the development of miniature pig in human disease model.
