北疆某规模化养猪场猪圆环病毒2型抗体及抗原检测与分析

Detection and Analysis of Pig PCV2 Antibodies and Antigen in a Large-scale Pig Farm in Northern Xinjiang

为了解2019—2020年北疆某规模化养猪场猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)抗体及抗原情况,研究采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、PCR方法对采集的671份猪血清进行PCV2抗体检测及部分样品进行PCV2抗原检测。结果显示,该猪场PCV2抗体平均阳性率为62.00%(416/671),低于国家规定标准(70.00%)。不同类别猪群中,哺乳仔猪群、保育猪群、经产母猪群、后备猪群、肥育猪群、种公猪群抗体阳性率分别为38.46%(50/130)、29.20%(33/113)、83.93%(141/168)、75.34%(55/73)、72.30%(107/148)和76.92%(30/39)。通过对抗体过高的猪只进行抗原检测,发现各个猪群都存在PCV2感染情况。需要对种猪群逐个检查PCV2感染情况,并调整完善现有的免疫程序,进一步加强该猪场对猪PCV2的免疫防控。

In order to understand the situation of circumvirus type 2(PCV2)antibodies and antigen in a large-scale pig farm in northern Xinjiang from 2019 to 2020,this study used indirect enzyme-linked immunosorption test(ELISA)and PCR methods to conduct PCV2 antigen testing of 671 pigs and some samples.The results showed that the average positive rate of PCV2 antibody in the pig was 62.00%(416/671),lower than the national standard(70.00%).Among the different groups,nursing piglets,nursery pigs,fertile sows,reserve pigs,and positive antibodies were 38.46%(50/130),29.20%(33/113),83.93%(141/168),75.34%(55/73),72.30%(107/148)and 76.92%(30/39).PCV2 infection was found in each population.It is necessary to check the PCV2 infection situation one by one,and adjust and improve the existing immune procedures to further strengthen the immune prevention and control of the pig PCV2 in the pig farm.
