摘要
热障涂层(TBCs)是一种用于航空发动机热端部件隔热的陶瓷材料,该材料的热物性将直接影响其隔热性能的优劣。综述了近年来热障涂层导热和辐射特性的理论与试验研究进展,对宏观到微观的热传导理论及热辐射理论进行了介绍,分析了热障涂层中的跨尺度导热、辐射过程。在理论研究方面,由宏观到微观的顺序介绍了不同尺度下的传热理论,并总结了热障涂层在相应尺度下的理论研究。在试验研究方面,以热障涂层材料发展顺序详细总结了不同材料、不同结构热障涂层传热特性的相关试验研究。分析了热障涂层内导热、辐射传热过程的研究现状,并展望了热障涂层传热特性研究的未来发展方向。
Thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)is a ceramic material used for thermal insulation of hot end parts of aeroengine.The thermal properties of this material will directly affect its thermal insulation performance.A review of the experimental and theoretical research on heat conduction and thermal radiation characteristics inside TBCs in recent years is presented.The macro-to-micro heat conduction theory and thermal radiation theory are introduced,and the cross-scale heat conduction and radiation processes in TBCs are analyzed.In theoretical aspect,the heat transfer theories under different scales and related theoretical research of TBCs are summarized in the order of macroscale to microscale.In experimental aspect,the research on heat transfer characteristic of TBCs with different materials and structures are summarized according to the development of TBCs materials.This review analyzes the research status of heat conduction and thermal radiation inside TBCs,and the future development direction of the research on heat transfer characteristics of TBCs is prospected.
