医疗设备多元一体化维修管理新模式的探索

Exploration of a New Multi-Integration Maintenance Management Model for Medical Devices

目的针对当前医院医疗设备维修管理面临的难题,探索一套适合本医院的多元一体化维修管理新模式。方法从现行维修管理模式出发,结合我院实际情况和外部维修环境及水平,建立设备使用科室、医工科、驻院服务团队、原厂、其他第三方维修服务机构多元一体化的合作机制,同时制定一套制度化、规范化的维修审批流程。选取医院在用的基础设备类、放射影像类、内镜及腔镜类、急救设备类、消毒供应类及空气净化类6类常规设备的维修事件为研究对象,将2018年1-12月采用日常维修模式期间的设备维修事件纳入对照组,将2019年1-12月采用多元一体化维修管理新模式期间的设备维修事件纳入观察组,比较两组设备的维修数量、故障维修周期、维修费用支出及临床满意度。结果观察组无论在维修时效性、维修费用支出及临床满意度等方面均具有显著优势,表明多元一体化维修管理新模式的应用效果显著。结论多元一体化维修管理新模式不仅可确保对维修事件快速做出响应,提高维修时效性及设备使用效率,而且选择更加灵活,能够多方位对维修成本进行控制和监管,从而充分发挥各方管理能力,加强交流与合作,确保医院的医疗设备维护保持在一个良性有序的工作状态。

Objective A new multi-integration maintenance management model suitable for the hospital based on the current difficulties in the maintenance management of medical devices in hospitals was explored.Methods Starting from the current maintenance management model,combined with the actual situation of our hospital and the external maintenance environment and level,a multi-integrated cooperation mechanism based on clinical departments,medical engineering departments,hospital service teams,original factories and other third-party maintenance service organizations was established and meanwhile a set of institutionalized and standardized maintenance approval processes were formulated.The maintenance events from six types of conventional devices in service in the hospital such as fundamental devices,radiological imaging devices,endoscopes,first-aid devices,disinfection supply and air purification devices were selected as the research objects,the equipment maintenance events from January to December in 2018 when the daily maintenance mode was adopted were included in the control group,and the equipment maintenance events from January to December in 2019 when the new multi-integration maintenance management model was adopted were included in the observation group.The amount of devices maintained,the maintenance cycle of failures,the maintenance costs and clinical satisfaction of the devices were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group has significant advantages in terms of maintenance timeliness,maintenance costs,and clinical satisfaction,indicating that the application effects of the new multi-integration maintenance management model were obvious.Conclusion The new multi-integration maintenance management model can ensure rapid response to maintenance incidents,improve maintenance timeliness and equipment use efficiency,make choices more flexible,control and monitor maintenance costs in multiple aspects,make full use of all parties,and strengthen communication and cooperation,thus making the hospital's medical devices maintained in a healthy and order state.
