“00后”大学生国际交流现状调查与对策研究——基于南京农业大学的调研

Investigation and Countermeasures on the Status Quo of International Exchange of“Post-00s”College Students:A Study Based on the Investigation of Nanjing Agricultural University

教育部在《高等教育专题规划》(教高〔2012〕5号)中进一步明确了高校实施学生海外学习项目的目标和要求,扩大在校生海外校际交流规模,让更多学生获得海外学习研究经历,提高学生跨文化学习研究能力。到2020年,高水平大学实现具有海外学习经历在校生比例的阶段性目标。在这一政策背景下,“00后”大学生成为高校国际交流的主要群体。“00后”大学生是视野、思想、知识空前开放的一代,成长在经济全球化、高校国际化的背景下,具有全新的国际交流意向与选择。针对“00后”大学生的国际交流意向,选择南京农业大学进行调研,并针对调研中的问题,提出新形势下大学生国际交流工作的创新发展对策。

The Ministry of Education further clarified the goals and requirements of colleges and universities for implementing student overseas study projects in the Higher Education Special Plan(Jiaogao〔2012〕No.5).It is necessary to expand the scale of overseas inter-university exchanges,let more students to obtain overseas study and research experience,and improve students’cross-cultural learning and research capabilities.By 2020,high-level universities have achieved the phased goal of achieving the proportion of students with overseas study experience.In the context of this policy,“post-00s”college students have become the main group of international exchanges in universities.“Post-00s”college students are a generation with unprecedented open vision,ideas,and knowledge.They have grown up in the context of economic globalization and the internationalization of universities,and they have new intentions and choices for international exchanges.This paper selects Nanjing Agricultural University to investigate the international exchange intentions of“post-00s”college students,and proposes innovative development countermeasures for the international exchange work of college students under the new situation in response to the problems in the investigation.
