产教融合视域下“药理学”线上线下混合式教学模式探索

Exploration on the Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Model of Pharmacology Course from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

产教融合、校企合作是职业教育实现人才培养目标的基本保证,但由于各种原因,校企合作并没有实现深度开展。通过分析现阶段药学专业校企合作存在的一些问题,建立体现产教融合理念的“药理学”课程平台,探索产教融合视域下线上线下混合式教学模式。利用新的信息化技术进行深度产教融合,改革教学模式、教学实践和教学评价。教学分析显示:改革后的线上线下混合式教学模式可以提升学生的学习效率,从而提高理论和技能水平,实现药学人才高质量培养。

The industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the basic guarantees for vocational education to achieve the goal of talent training.However,due to various reasons,school-enterprise cooperation has not been carried out in depth.In this study,through the analysis of some problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of pharmacy major at the present stage,the Pharmacology course platform,which reflects the concept of integration of industry and education,is established,and the online and offline mixed teaching model of from the perspective of industry-education integration is explored.We have made use of new information technology to deepen the industry-education integration,and reformed the teaching model,experimental teaching and teaching evaluation.Teaching analysis shows that the reformed online and offline mixed teaching model can improve the learning efficiency of students,improve the level of theory and skills,and realize the high-quality cultivation of pharmaceutical talents.
