摘要
针对如何设计问题导向的教学内容及模式,以“电子政务”课程为例,基于PBL理论进行了MPA课程教学内容和教学模式的设计,通过对MPA学生反馈的真实电子政务相关问题的分类汇总,找出与之相对应的理论,形成了课程内容的6大主题。同时对应的调整教学模式,将以教师为中心转变为以学生为中心的教学模式,有助于提升学生的学习兴趣,提高理解理论、应用理论分析并解决问题的能力,不仅契合MPA教育的发展理念,也有利于解决公共管理改革实践的重大问题。
This paper focuses on how to design the problem-based teaching content and teaching model.Taking the E-Government course as an example,this paper designs the teaching content and teaching model of the MPA course based on PBL theory.Through the classification of the MPA students’feedback of real e-government related issues,this paper finds out the theory corresponding to them,and then six major themes of the course content are formed.The corresponding adjustment of the teaching model is made to change the teacher-centered model into the student-centered model,which helps to enhance students’interest in learning,improve their ability to understand theories and apply theories to analyzing and solving problems.It not only conforms to the development concept of MPA education,but also helps to solve the major problems in the practice of public management reform.
