摘要
以新时代高校创新创业教育为背景,基于实地调研数据分析了高校学生“创业法学”教育现状,结合学生对“创业法学”理论的了解情况,探讨了“创业法学”课程开发及与创新创业教育体系的融合问题。以创业企业的生命周期为理论视角,详细阐述了创新创业教育与“创业法学”理论的衔接及融合路径,厘清了创新创业教育体系与“创业法学”的理论边界,分析了创新创业各阶段所面临的关键法律问题。研究结论对高校大学生创新创业教育具有理论意义与实践启示。
Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the new era as the background,this paper analyzes the current situation of Entrepreneurship Law education for college students on the basis of the field survey data.Based on students’actual understanding of the theories of Entrepreneurship Law,it discusses the course development of Entrepreneurship Law and its integration with the innovation and entrepreneurship education system.From the perspective of the life cycle of start-up enterprises,it expounds in detail the connection and the integration path of innovation and entrepreneurship education and Entrepreneurship Law,clarifies the theoretical boundary between the innovation and entrepreneurship education system and Entrepreneurship Law,and analyzes the key legal issues in each stage of innovation and entrepreneurship.The research conclusion is of theoretical significance and practical enlightenment for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education.
