摘要
教育评价是教育发展的指挥棒,随着高考改革等政策的推出,国家越来越重视教育评价方式的多元化。增值评价作为一种前沿的评价模式,可以帮助学生把当前的学业成绩与过去的做比较,有利于实现学生的成长和进步,也有利于对教师进行更为客观的考核和对学校教学活动的管理和总结。对中小学生进行增值评价存在的不足主要表现在增值系统设计的准确性问题、增值部分的导向问题和增值评价中可能存在的有效性问题。其改进策略可以从提升增值评价的技术、建立科学全面的增值评价体系以及提高教师增值评价能力等方面入手,做到科学全面的评价。
Educational evaluation is the baton of educational development.With the introduction of policies of college entrance examination reform,the country is paying more and more attention to the diversification of education evaluation methods.Value-added evaluation,as a cutting-edge evaluation model,can help students compare their current academic performance with their past performance,which is conducive to achieving student growth and progress,as well as more objective assessment of teachers and management.The shortcomings of value-added evaluation are mainly manifested in the accuracy of the system design,the orientation of the value-added part and the possible effectiveness of it.The improvement strategies can start from upgrading the technology of value-added evaluation,establishing a scientific and comprehensive value-added evaluation system and improving teachers’ability of value-added evaluation,so as to achieve scientific and comprehensive evaluation.
