中英合作培养国际会计人才的探索

Exploration on the Cooperation between Chinese and British in Cultivating International Accounting Talents

国际视野的高层次人才成为我国高校本科人才培养的一个重要发展方向。在会计专业中,采取中外合作办学的人才培养模式,符合当前世界经济一体化的发展趋势,能够使培养的会计人才更具国际视野,满足社会对人才的需求。聚焦广西民族大学会计学中英合作办学项目,对国际会计人才培养模式展开探讨,从专业培养目标入手,提出会计专业的人才培养思路,并从师资队伍、实践教学资源等方面的保障措施进行探索与改革,以期最终提升学生的综合实践能力与就业率,为国内外输送所需的高质量国际化会计人才。

The training of high-level talents with an international vision has become an important development direction of undergraduate talent training in Chinese universities.In the accounting major,the talent training model of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is adopted,which is in line with the current development trend of world economic integration,and can make the trained accounting talents have a more international vision and meet the needs of the society for talents.This paper focuses on the Sino-British project of accounting major of Guangxi University for Nationalities,discusses the international accounting talent training model,proposes the the talent training ideas of accounting major from the professional training objectives,and explores and reforms from the aspects of teachers and practical teaching resources,so as to improve students’comprehensive practical ability and employment rate,and deliver high-quality international accounting talents at home and abroad.
