“三全育人”下独立学院思政教育工作研究

Research on Ideological and Political Education in Independent Colleges under the Background of“Three-whole Education”

新时期,随着我国教育工作制度的不断改革,国家对于人才培养有了更新的重要目标,“三全育人”教育理念的提出,促进了我国当代人才的培养和建设。以“三全育人”为视角开展独立学院思想政治教育工作的相关研究,对于提升学生综合思想政治素养有着重要作用。通过分析“三全育人”视角下独立学院开展思想政治教育工作相关内容以及两者的内在联系,并结合当前的现状提出了相应的对策,为独立学院更好地开展学生思政教育工作提供了有益参考。

With the continuous reform of China’s educational system,the country has an important goal for the talents’training.The concept of“three-whole education”is proposed to promote the cultivation and construction of contemporary talent training in China.The research on the ideological and political education from the perspective of“three-whole education”in independent colleges plays an important role in improving the comprehensive ideological and political literacy of college students.This paper analyzes the content of conducting ideological and political education in independent colleges from the perspective of“three-whole education”and the internal relationship between them.The corresponding countermeasures have also been studied in combination with the current situation,so as to provide some references for independent colleges to better carry out students’ideological and political education.
