教育高质量发展加强乡村教师队伍建设

Strengthening the Construction of Rural Teaching Team and Promoting the High-quality Development of Rural Education

乡村教育的高质量发展受到国家重视,加强乡村教师队伍建设在此过程中起到关键作用。目前乡村教师队伍建设面临“教不好”“招不满”“留不住”的现实困境,不利于乡村教育的高质量发展。为此,需要通过有效措施强化乡村教师队伍、提升乡村教育质量,诸如提升乡村教师综合待遇,优化职称评审制度;加强乡村教师培训和培养,坚持“国培计划”和“特岗计划”;培养教师乡土情怀,增强乡村认同感;利用“互联网+”平台,加强城乡教师队伍互联互通。

The high-quality development of rural education has been paid attention by the state,and strengthening the construction of rural teachers plays a key role in this process.At present,the construction of rural teachers is facing the practical difficulties of poor teaching quality,the shortage of teachers and the difficulty to maintain the stability of rural teaching team,which makes the high-quality development of rural education difficult.Therefore,we need to strengthen the rural teaching team and improve the quality of rural education by taking the following countermeasures:first,to improve the comprehensive remuneration of rural teachers and to optimize the professional title evaluation system;second,to strengthen the cultivation and training of rural teachers and to implement the“national training plan”and the“special post plan”;third,to cultivate teachers’love for rural homeland and to enhance their sense of identity for rural life;fourth,we should strengthen the interconnection between urban and rural teachers by using the“Internet+”platform.
