地质工程专业地质实习教学持续改进的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Continuous Improvement of Geological Practice Teaching of Geological Engineering Major

地质实习教学是地质工程专业培养高质量地质工程本科毕业生的生命线,建立合理的持续改进机制是保障该生命线延续的基石。在总结当前关于人才培养质量持续改进机制的研究现状的基础上,探讨以教学质量标准体系、教学质量监督体系、教学质量跟踪评价和反馈体系建立校院教学质量监控体系,并设计合理的课程目标达成度评价方法和评价过程,最后引入TPCSI模式建立的地质实习教学的持续改进方案,以实现地质专业学生基础知识、自主学习能力、科研创新能力全面提高。

Geological practice teaching is the lifeline for geological engineering major to train high-quality geological engineering graduates,and the establishment of a reasonable continuous improvement mechanism is the cornerstone to ensure the continuation of the lifeline.This paper summarizes the current research status about the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality,discusses the teaching quality standard system,teaching quality supervision system,teaching quality evaluation and feedback system,and designs a reasonable course objective evaluation method and evaluation process.Finally,the continuous improvement scheme of geological practice teaching established based on TPCSI model is introduced to comprehensively improve the basic knowledge foundation,the independent learning ability and the scientific research and innovation ability of geological students.
