摘要
2019年,教育部、中央军委国防动员部联合印发的《普通高等学校军事课教学大纲》,从课程定位、课程目标、课程要求、课程内容等方面对高校军事理论课做出明确规范和要求。以之为依据,挖掘高校军事理论课程中的思政教育元素,科学设定教学目标,梳理课程思政内容,优化教学设计,创新教学方法,科学进行教学评价,对于完善课程思政体系建设,实现课堂教学与思政育人同向同行,更好地将价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养融为一体,全面提升学生的国防意识和军事素养,均具有积极意义。
The Syllabus of Military Courses in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning issued in 2019 put forward standards and requirements for the military theory courses from the aspects of the orientation,the objectives,the requirements and the contents.Based on it,and by means of exploring the ideological and political education elements,setting teaching objectives scientifically,summing up the ideological and political education contents,optimizing teaching design and methods,and scientifically conducting teaching evaluation,the goals of classroom teaching and ideological and political education can be both achieved,the core values shaping,the knowledge transfer,and the ability training can be integrated,and the students’national defense awareness and military literacy can be comprehensively enhanced.
