基于表达能力提高的“园艺文化”课程教学尝试

How to Improve Students’Expression Ability in Horticulture Culture Class

为适应用人单位对大学毕业生较高表达能力的要求,通过在“园艺文化”课上尝试做报告的形式,对园艺专业大学生进行表达能力训练。具体措施包括:(1)严格规范报告格式与鼓励学生自主选择报告题材相结合;(2)对每次报告的情况予以及时反馈,根据报告的完成质量以及修改完善情况,对报告成绩进行动态化评定,并将平时成绩的比重从40%提高到60%;(3)将报告完成质量与期末成绩挂钩,鼓励学生注重报告质量的提高。此外,教师还会展示高水平的学术报告作为模板供学生参考学习。这些教学措施让学生认识到了表达能力的重要性,也提高了学生自主学习新知识的能力以及在就业市场上的竞争力。

In order to meet the requirements of employers for the high expression ability of college graduates,we tried to train horticulture major students’expression ability by making them to give reports in the Horticulture Culture class.Specific measures included:(1)strictly standardize the report format and encouraging students to choose the report subjects;(2)give timely feedback to each report.According to the completion quality of the reports and the revision and improvement situation,dynamically give the report evaluation results,and increase the proportion of the usual performance grades from 40%to 60%;(3)establish a connection between the quality of the report the final grades,and encourage students to focus on improving the quality of the report.Finally,the teacher should provide high-quality reports as samples for students to learn from.These teaching measures make students realize the importance of expression ability,and also improve their ability to learn new knowledge independently and their competitiveness in the job market.
