摘要
随着互联网时代的来临,传统模式下的灌输式教育方式已经呈现出了很多弊端。在互联网时代下教育界亟待激发学生自主自愿自转式学习。通过大量的实践和对学生的持续跟踪调研后,结合教育理论,提出构建内驱力的操作方法,形成了内驱度—发现度—活跃度—价值度—荣誉度的方法和模型。在互联网背景下,教师的角色迫切需要转化,从灌输者到设计者,而学生也需要去体验、探究,从而激发主动学习的内驱力,创新思考,适应新时代的要求。
With the advent of the Internet era,the traditional model of indoctrination education has presented a lot of shortcomings.In the Internet age,educators urgently need to stimulate students’inner drive,so that students can learn autonomously and voluntarily.Through a lot of practice and the continuous tracking of students,and combined with some education theories,this paper puts forward the operation method of building students’inner drive,and forms the method and model of“drive-discovery-activity-value-honor”.In the context of the Internet age,the role of teachers urgently needs to be transformed from instructor to designer,and students also need to experience and explore,so as to stimulate the internal drive of independent learning,innovative thinking and to adapt to the requirements of the new era.
