火灾事故造成的生命财产损失非常严重,而防范火灾事故的发生,注重消防安全是关乎国计民生的大事。在民用建筑的设计环节,需要充分考虑到建筑物的消防安全问题,充分了解火灾发生的因素,借助建筑防火技术的高效应用,有效降低发生火灾事故的可能性。本文探讨了民用建筑的火灾特点,分析了民用建筑的火灾原因,研究了建筑防火技术在民用建筑设计中的应用,以供参考。

The loss of life and property caused by fire accidents is very serious,and the prevention of fire accidents,pay attention to fire safety is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.In the design of civil buildings,we need to fully consider the fire safety of buildings,fully understand the factors of fire,and effectively reduce the possibility of fire accidents with the help of the efficient application of building fire prevention technology.This paper discusses the fire characteristics of civil buildings,analyzes the fire causes of civil buildings,and studies the application of building fire prevention technology in civil building design,for reference.
