重庆重大房建结构安全与风险问题现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Safety and Risk of Major Building Structures in Chongqing

随着重庆城市化进程不断推进,房屋建筑工程和大型基础设施建设正处于高峰时期,房屋建筑工程和大型基础设施与人民群众的生活密切相关。超高层建筑以及大型商场、会展中心、歌剧院、体育场等重大房建结构的不断发展,极大地促进了地区人文与经济的发展。同时,房屋建筑工程安全事故也在不断发生,给人民的生命财产安全带来了重大威胁。本文系统的分析了重庆重大房建结构安全与风险问题,并且对其特点进行了归纳,以期为后续的解决方案提供基础依据。

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in Chongqing,housing construction projects and large-scale infrastructure construction are in the peak period,which are closely related to people's lives.The continuous development of super high-rise buildings and major housing structures such as large shopping malls,convention centers,opera houses and stadiums has greatly promoted the development of local culture and economy.At the same time,housing construction engineering safety accidents are also happening constantly,to the safety of people's lives and property has brought a major threat.This paper systematically analyzes the safety and risk problems of major housing construction structures in Chongqing,and summarizes their characteristics,in order to provide a basis for subsequent solutions.
