摘要
目的:探究中医桃红四物汤在膝关节骨折患者中的应用及其对膝关节功能的影响。方法:将近期收治的膝关节骨折患者分为两组,对照组实施加压钢板内固定术进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医桃红四物汤。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组患者的膝关节功能的恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医桃红四物汤能够快速促进膝关节骨折患者的膝关节功能的恢复情况,从而提高患者的临床效果,值得推荐。
Objective:To explore the application of TCM Taohong Siwu Decoction in knee fracture patients and its effect on knee function.Methods:Patients with knee fractures recently treated were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with compression plate internal fixation.The observation group was given the TCM Taohong Siwu Decoction based on the control group.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);at the same time,the knee joint function of the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM Taohong Siwu Decoction can quickly promote the recovery of knee function in patients with knee fractures,thereby improving the clinical effect of patients,and it is worth recommending.
