摘要
研究发现胆固醇与乳腺癌有重要关联,但其中的分子机制尚未清楚。27-羟基胆固醇(27-HC)是胆固醇和乳腺癌发病机制的关键调节剂,27-HC不仅可以促进雌激素受体阳性的乳腺癌细胞的生长,还可以刺激几种乳腺癌模型中的细胞增殖和转移。这些将为研究抑制胆固醇或27-HC合成的药物对乳腺癌预后的影响提供理论依据。进一步研究乳腺癌特定分子亚型与某一血脂指标的关联,以期为乳腺癌患者精准治疗及预后提供新的靶点。现就乳腺癌的发生、发展与胆固醇及其代谢产物之间的关系作一综述。
Studies have found that cholesterol has an important relationship with breast cancer,but the molecular mechanism is not yet clear.27-hydroxycholesterol(27-HC)is a key regulator of cholesterol and breast cancer pathogenesis.27-HC can not only promote the growth of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer cells,but also stimulate cell proliferation and metastasis in several breast cancer models.These will provide a theoretical basis for studying the effect of drugs that inhibit cholesterol or 27-HC synthesis on the prognosis of breast cancer.Further study on the relationship between specific molecular subtypes of breast cancer and a certain blood lipid index can provide new targets for precise treatment and prognosis of breast cancer patients.This article summarizes the relationship between the occurrence and development of breast cancer and cholesterol and its metabolites.
