氨甲苯酸与酚磺乙胺配伍后不溶性微粒及pH的测定分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察江门市人民医院经常使用的不同比例混合调配的氨甲苯酸注射液与酚磺乙胺注射液在不同输液中配伍后的不溶性微粒与pH值变化,探讨其处方合理性,为临床合理使用提供参考依据。方法从江门市人民医院信息系统提取2017—2019年临床开具的氨甲苯酸注射液与酚磺乙胺注射液联合使用的静脉输液处方。统计常用的混合比例处方,并对其进行实验,观察6 h内微粒、pH值、颜色以及澄清度的变化,分析其安全性与合理性。结果氨甲苯酸注射液0.3 g、酚磺乙胺注射液0.5 g分别与250 mL 0.9%氯化钠注射液以及250 mL 5%葡萄糖注射液配伍,以及氨甲苯酸注射液0.4 g、酚磺乙胺注射液2 g与250 mL 0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍3种常用配比的氨甲苯酸与酚磺乙胺混合输液,在0~6 h内,其微粒、pH值、外观基本稳定。结论此3种常用配比的氨甲苯酸与酚磺乙胺混合输液在6 h内稳定,在临床可以安全使用。 Objective To investigate the changes of insoluble particles and pH value of the mixed Aminomethylbenzoic Acid Injection in different proportions and Etamsylate Injection in different infusions,and explore the rationality of the prescriptions often used in Jiangmen People′s Hospital and provide reference basis for clinical rational use.Methods The intravenous infusion prescriptions for the combined use of Aminomethylbenzoic Acid Injection and Etamsylate Injection prescribed in Jiangmen People′s Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were extracted from the hospital information system.These commonly used prescriptions in mixed ratios were counted,and the changes in particles,pH,color,and clarity within 6 hours were observed,and their safety and rationality were analyzed.Results 0.3 g of Aminomethylbenzoic Acid Injection,0.5 g of Etamsylate Injection,250 mL of 0.9%sodium chloride injection or 250 mL of 5%glucose injection,as well as 0.4 g of Aminomethylbenzoic Acid Injection and 2 g of Etamsylate Injection and 250 mL 0.9%sodium chloride injection were three commonly used ratios in combations.Within 0-6 hours,their particles,pH values and appearance were basically stable.Conclusion The mixed infusion of the three commonly used ratios of Aminomethylbenzoic Acid and Etamsylateis is stable within 6 hours and can be used safely in clinical practice.
