摘要
The stopping powers of CaF_(2) and MoO_(3) for ^(16)O and ^(19)F were measured with heavy-substrate Rutherford backscattering technique.The present results are compared with the prediction of Bragg's rule,and strong deviation was observed.The experimental error is 5%or so.
