摘要
随着现代作战飞机外挂物内置以及挂载装备式样的增多,对风洞投放试验技术提出更高的要求。结合新需求,研制一套飞机外挂物投放试验控制及测量系统。搭建4路投放、助推控制回路,引入现代测试技术和同步高速摄影进行测量。结果表明,该系统能实现4路外挂物的单投、齐投、连投的精确控制和轨迹记录,对于开展投放试验是可行的。
With the development of modern combat aircraft,more external hanging are put inside and more types of external hanging are mounted,which requires higher technology for the wind tunnel jettison test.According to the new requirements,the control and measuring system of jettison test in low speed wind tunnel is developed.Establish 4-loop jettison and boosting control loop,and use modern test technology and synchronization high-speed camera measurement.The results show that the system can realize precise control and trajectory analysis for the single,simultaneous and continuous jettison of the four-loop external stores,and it is feasible to carry out the jettison test in wind tunnel.
