摘要 针对M测控设备具有电压电流测量、数据传输及处理能力的特点,设计一种测控设备系统。对系统组成、硬件设计、高精度分压、多通道采集、继电器驱动及阵列和机箱结构的电磁屏蔽进行设计研究,并进行实验测试。结果表明:该系统安装、维修方便,能增加机箱整体散热,提高设备整体电磁兼容性,各性能和指标均满足要求。 According to the characteristics of M measurement and control equipment with voltage and current measurement,data transmission and processing capacity,a measurement and control equipment system is designed.Through the system composition,hardware design,high precision partial voltage,multi-channel acquisition,relay drive and array and chassis structure of electromagnetic shielding are studied and tested.The results show that the system is easy to install and maintain,can increase the overall heat dissipation of the chassis,improve the overall electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment,and all the performance and indicators meet the requirements.
