摘要
采用毒土法和喷雾法分别测定了5种常用杀虫剂对柞栎象幼虫的生物活性,结果表明:质量分数70%吡虫啉地表撒施和质量分数5%高效氯氰菊酯喷雾的触杀活性较高,致死中浓度LC_(50)为0.08 g·m^(-2)和3.18 mg·L^(-1);野外控制试验表明,吡虫啉0.2 g·m^(-2)和氯氰菊酯2000倍液对柞栎象幼虫的校正死亡率分别为85.33%和83.33%,推荐质量分数70%吡虫啉和质量分数5%高效氯氰菊酯用于生产防治。
The bioactivities of five insecticides on Curculio dentipes larvae were detected with the method of poisoning the soil and spraying.The results showed that broadcasting the soil surface with imidacloprid with the quality fraction of 70%and spraying cypermethrin with the quality fraction of 5%showed better contact toxicity activity,the LC_(50) were 0.08 mg·m^(-2) and 3.18 mg·L^(-1).The results of the field control test showed that the corrected mortality of Curculio dentipes larvae with imidacloprid of 0.2 mg·m^(-2) and cypermethrin of 2000 times liquid were 85.33%and 83.33%.Both imidacloprid with the quality fraction of 70%and cypermethrin with the quality fraction of 5%were suggested for the control of the pest.
