摘要
本文采用三聚氰胺改性的酚醛树脂胶黏剂,通过增加表板厚度以及芯板顺纹理层数的组坯工艺,用浸渍法分别处理玻璃纤维布以及桦木单板表板,采用三段热压工艺制备高强度桦木胶合板,其胶合强度、静曲强度、弹性模量、甲醛释放量、表面耐磨均达到相关国家标准规定的要求。
Increasing the thickness of face veneer and the layer number of the core veneer along the texture,melamine modified phenolic resin adhesive was used to impregnate glass fiber cloth and birch face veneer to produce high-strength birch plywood with three step model hot pressing.The various performance indicators of the plywood,such as bonding strength,modulus of rupture,modulus of elasticity,formaldehyde emission and surface abrasion resistance,matched the demands requested in the related national standards.
