新文科视域下高校思政课教师队伍建设刍议

On the Construction of Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities

“新文科”概念的提出,是新时代经济社会发展的呼唤,是建设高等教育强国、推动我国高等教育内涵式发展、创新高等教育文科人才培养机制的重大举措。思政课作为“立德树人的关键课程”,要求思政课教师应该自觉地伫立于时代潮头,引领教育的发展,担当起新文科建设的排头兵。新文科战略背景下,如何推进高校思政课教师队伍建设,是一个急需解决的时代课题。

The concept of“New Liberal Arts”is a call for economic and social development in the new era.It is a major measure to build a country with a strong higher education,promote the connotative development of higher education in my country',and innovate the training mechanism for humanities talents in higher education.Ideological and political courses,as a“key course for establishing morality”,require that teachers of ideological and political courses should consciously stand at the forefront of the times,lead the development of education,and take the lead in the construction of new liberal arts.Therefore,in the context of the new liberal arts strategy,how to promote the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is an urgent issue of the times.
