广西本科高校教师教学能力培养的思考--以教师教学发展中心建设为切入点

The Cultivation of Teachers’Teaching Ability in Guangxi Undergraduate Colleges and Universities--Taking the Construction of Teachers’Teaching Development Center as the Breakthrough Point

当前广西本科高校教师存在教学能力不足的问题,教师队伍总量不足教师队伍年龄结构年轻化、教师考评机制不健全、教师教学能力培养体系不完善是导致教师教学发展偏弱的主要原因。建设教师教学发展中心是提升教师教学能力的重要举措。文章分析了广西本科高校教师教学发展中心建设中存在的问题,并提出了进一步加强教师教学发展中心建设提高教师教学能力的对策建议。

At present,the teaching ability of college teachers in Guangxi is insufficient.The main reasons for the weak teaching development of teachers are the shortage of the total number of teachers,the younger age structure of the teachers,the imperfect evaluation mechanism of teachers and the imperfect teaching ability training system.The construction of teachers’teaching development center is an important measure to improve teachers’teaching ability.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teachers’teaching development center in Guangxi undergraduate colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the construction of teachers’teaching development center and improve teachers’teaching abil­ity.
