摘要
基于社会交换理论,分析并检验了企业人力资源管理实践如何影响员工工作投入及其作用机制。通过对241名企业管理者及员工的调查,结果支持了领导风格的调节作用,即相较于权威型领导,仁慈型领导显著增强了企业人力资源管理实践与员工工作投入之间的正相关关系。
Based on the theory of social exchange,this paper analyzes and tests how enterprise human resource management practice affect employees'work engagement and the mechanism of action.Through a survey of 241 enterprise managers and employees,the results support the moderating effect of leadership style,that is,compared with authoritative leadership,bene-volent leadership significantly enhances the positive correlation between human resource management practice and employees'work engagement.
