摘要 为实现油茶果脱壳和分选的高效化,研究设计了油茶果脱壳分选一体机,其核心工作是将机器脱壳能力提高,并降低茶籽破损率,达到脱壳与分选工序相配合。改进的油茶果脱壳分选一体机具有结构紧凑、工作可靠、维修方便、操作容易、成本低等优点,可以有效提高油茶果脱壳效率,节省时间和人力资源。 In order to realize the high efficiency of shelling and sorting of Camellia oleifera fruit,an integrated machine for shelling and sorting of Camellia oleifera fruit is designed.The core work of the machine is to improve the shelling ability and reduce the damage rate of tea seeds,so as to make the shelling match with the sorting process.The improved machine has the advantages of compact structure,reliable operation,convenient maintenance,easy operation and low cost,and it can effectively improve the shelling efficiency of Camellia oleifera fruit and save time and human resources.
