摘要
本文主要针对某在建大桥薄壁空心墩柱钢木组合模板在混凝土浇筑、振捣、水化热阶段侧压力、模板表面温度的变化情况进行测试并分析。结果表明:在整个过程中模板表面温度呈线性增加,得到温度(T)-压力(Pt)变化曲线拟合公式Pt=0.0028 T-0.075;具体表现在钢木组合模板侧压力在混凝土浇筑及水化热阶段呈线性增加,终凝结束后侧压力缓慢下降,得出了钢木组合模板侧压力最大值出现在有效压头附近,且有效压头处侧压力值是模板其余位置的112%~134%。
This paper mainly tests and analyzes the changes of lateral pressure and surface temperature of steel-wood composite formwork of thin-wall hollow pier columns of a bridge under construction during concrete pouring,vibration and hydration heat.The results show that the surface temperature of the template increases linearly during the whole process,and the temperature-pressure curve fitting formula Pt=0.0028 T-0.075 is obtained.Specifically,the lateral pressure of steel-wood composite formwork increases linearly during concrete pouring and hydration heat stage,and decreases slowly after final setting.It can be concluded that the maximum lateral pressure of steel-wood composite formwork appears near the effective pressure head,and the value of lateral pressure at the effective pressure head is 112%~134%of that at the other positions of the formwork.
