负压吸引清宫术联合吸引管治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Vacuum Suction Curettage Combined with Suction Tube on Cesarean Scar pregnancy

目的探讨负压吸引清宫术联合吸引管治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年12月在咸宁市通山康泰医院进行治疗的67例剖宫产后切口瘢痕妊娠患者,按照抽签单双数将其分为试验组(34例)和对照组(33例)。试验组使用负压吸引清宫术联合吸引管治疗,对照组使用一次性宫腔组织吸引管治疗,比较两组的手术效果。结果试验组的手术成功率为91.18%,高于对照组的72.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、术后恢复时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者使用负压吸引清宫术联合吸引管治疗,有助于提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum suction curettage combined with suction tube in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods 67 patients with scar pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the experimental subjects and divided into two groups according to the even number of the drawing sheet.33 patients in the observation group were treated with vacuum suction combined with curettage.Record and compare the success rate of the two groups.Results After treatment,the operation success rate of the observation group(91.18%)was higher than that of the control group(72.23%),and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum suction curettage combined with suction tube in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy can improve the treatment effect and ensure the health and safety of patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
