基于SWOT分析的麻江蓝莓产业现状与发展对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Blueberry Industry in Majiang based on SWOT Analysis

本文对麻江蓝莓产业发展情况进行了深入调查,并开展了SWOT分析,得出麻江蓝莓发展的优势和劣势,总结得出麻江蓝莓有政府重视扶持高,国内外市场需求高,产业科技含量不断提高等发展机遇,以及质量安全和市场竞争激烈等两大威胁。针对这些,笔者提出了麻江市应立足大供给、大品牌、大生态、大旅游、大振兴这5大战略,提高蓝莓鲜果品质、打造一流蓝莓品牌平台、建设蓝莓循环新业态、推动蓝莓健康养生的理念,以促进麻江蓝莓产业的可持续发展,实现经济发展和生态环境保护的双赢。

This paper made an in-depth investigation on the development of Majiang blueberry industry,and carried out SWOT analysis.It concluded the significant advantages and disadvantages of the development of Majiang blueberry,and put forward the development opportunities of Majiang blueberry,such as high government attention and support,high market demand at home and abroad,continuous improvement of industrial science and technology content,and two major threats,such as quality safety and fierce market competition.In view of these,the author put forward that Majiang city should base on the five strategies of big supply,big brand,big ecology,big tourism and big revitalization,improve the quality of blueberry fresh fruit,build a first-class blueberry brand platform,build a new business form of blueberry recycling,and promote the healthy health of blueberry,so as to promote the sustainable development of blueberry industry in Majiang city,to achieve a win-win situation of economic development and ecological environment protection.
