基于CiteSpace软件可视化分析:国内外心肌纤维化在心血管领域的文献计量学研究

Visual analysis based on CiteSpace software:a bibliometrics study of myocardial fibrosis in the cardiovascular field at home and abroad

摘要 目的心肌纤维化(MF)是多种心脏疾病向终末期心脏病发展的共同病理过程,且在临床上主要导致心力衰竭(心衰)后死亡。对国内外近20年的心肌纤维化在心血管领域的相关文献进行文献计量学研究,利用CiteSpace软件行可视化分析,探索该研究领域的研究现状、热点、前沿及发展趋势。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为文献来源,检索2000~2019年心肌纤维化的相关文献研究。应用CiteSpace软件对关键词进行共现网络、共聚类及Burst分析,对国家、机构和作者进行合作网络分析,对作者、期刊和被引文献进行共被引网络分析,并绘制相应的可视化图谱后进行分析。结果本研究共检索到5997篇相关文献。分析结果表明2000~2019年,发文总量和所占百分比均呈稳步增长趋势;研究主要分布学科领域是医学影像学,发文量最高国家为美国(2136篇),发文量最高的机构为Harvard University(127篇),发文量最高的作者为Diez J,而共被引最高的作者为WEBER KT,达614次,共被引最高期刊为CIRCULATION(4255次),共被引文献最高的文献在2010年发表在CIRCULATION,被引用212次;关键词共现图谱结果提示研究热点为心肌梗死导致的心肌纤维化,心肌肥大和心衰,关键词共聚类分析及Burst分析揭示研究前沿为新型心脏核磁共振无创检测并对心肌纤维程度分级、弥散性心肌纤维化及对其定量、心肌纤维化生物标志物和揭示预后的指标,此外,脂联素和Gal-3也是该领域的可能研究方向。结论心肌梗死后心肌纤维化诱发心衰,及其伴随的炎症和肥大病理过程是研究热点。医学影像学方面的研究,即新型心脏核磁共振无创检测在体心肌纤维程度并对其进行定量为其研究热门学科。心肌纤维化生物标志物和患者的预后及其生活质量及定量、弥散性心肌纤维化、射血分数保留性心衰、T1Mapping、脂联素和Gal-3是该领域的研究前沿和未来可能的发展方向。 [Abstract]Objective Myocardial fibrosis(MF)is a common pathological process in the development of a variety of cardiac diseases to end-stage heart disease,and mainly leads to death after heart failure in clinic.The literature of myocardial fibrosis in cardiovascular field in recent 20 years at home and abroad was studied by bibliometrics,and the CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis to explore the research status,research hotspots and frontiers and development trends in this field.Methods With the Web of Science Core Collection Database as the literature source,relevant literature studies on myocardial fibrosis from 2000 to 2019 were retrieved.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the co-occurrence network,co-clustering and Burst analysis of keywords,cooperative network analysis of countries,institutions and authors,co-citation network analysis of authors,journals and cited literature,and corresponding visual maps were drawn for analysis.Results A total of 5997 relevant literatures were retrieved in this study.The analysis results showed that the total number and percentage of publications increased steadily from 2000 to 2019.Medical imaging was the main subject of research,with 2136 articles published in the United States as the highest volume country,Harvard University as the highest volume institution,127 articles published by Diez J as the highest volume author,and WEBER as the highest cited author.KT,up to 614 times,the highest cited journal was CIRCULATION,up to 4255 times.The highest cited literature was published in CIRCULATION in 2010,and 212 times were cited.The results of keyword co-occurrence atlas suggested that the research hotspot was myocardial fibrosis,myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure caused by myocardial infarction.The keyword co-cluster analysis and Burst analysis revealed that the research frontier was no new type of cardiac magnetic resonance.In addition,adiponectin and Gal-3 are potential research directions in this field.Conclusion Myocardial fibrosis after myocardial infarction leads to heart failure,and its accompanying pathological processes of inflammation and hypertrophy are the research hotspots.The research of medical imaging,i.e.the non-invasive detection of myocardial fibers in vivo by novel cardiac magnetic resonance and its quantification,is a hot subject in this field.Biomarkers of myocardial fibrosis and prognosis of patients and their quality of life,as well as quantitative,diffuse myocardial fibrosis,ejection fraction-preserving heart failure,T1Mapping,adiponectin and Gal-3,are research frontiers and possible future directions in this field.
