男性非贫血性小红细胞增多症与心血管疾病危险因素相关性分析及对策

摘要 目的根据男性非贫血性小红细胞增多症患病率现状,分析探讨心血管疾病危险因素与造成男性非贫血性小红细胞增多症的相关性及健康管理对策。方法随机选取2019年1月至2019年12月于解放军总医院第七医学中心急诊科就诊的男性患者1280例,筛选出血常规检测平均红细胞体积<80 fL、血红蛋白量130~180 g/L、红细胞>5.5×10^(12)/L者136例为研究组。另选取平均红细胞体积与血红蛋白量正常者160例为对照组。对两组人群分别行体质指数、血压及血常规、血生化(血糖、血脂4项、血尿酸)检测。结果两组比较,其体质指数、血压、红细胞、红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度、红细胞体积分布宽度、血糖、血尿酸、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等数值差异显著,均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。而年龄、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、总胆固醇的数值差异不显著,无统计学意义(P均>0.01)。结论男性非贫血性小红细胞增多症是某些疾病在红细胞上的体现,与超体质指数、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等危险因素导致的心血管疾病的发生关系密切。对心血管疾病人群实行科学有效的健康管理极为重要。 Objective According to the prevalence of male non anemic polycythemia,the correlation between cardiovascular disease risk factors and male non anemic polycythemia and health management countermeasures were analyzed.Methods A total of 1280 men were randomly selected from the emergency department of the seventh medical center of the PLA General Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.The average red blood cell volume<80fl,hemoglobin 130~180 g/L,and red blood cell>5.5 were screened by routine test×10^(12)/L,136 cases were set as study group.In addition,160 patients whose mean corpuscular volume and hemoglobin were within the normal range were selected as the control group.The body mass index,blood pressure,blood routine and blood biochemistry(blood glucose,blood lipid,uric acid)of the two groups were detected.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in body mass index,blood pressure,red blood cells,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,red blood cell volume distribution width,blood glucose,blood uric acid,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein between the two groups(all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in age,hemoglobin,hematocrit and total cholesterol between the two groups(all P>0.01).Conclusion Non anemic microcytosis in men is a manifestation of certain diseases on red blood cells and is closely associated with the development of cardiovascular disease due to risk factors such as super body mass index,hypertension,high blood lipids and diabetes.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to implement scientific and effective health management for the CVD population.
