摘要
一场突如其来的疫情在全球爆发,而这场全球战“疫”取得的重大成就凸显了科学技术现代化的当代价值。中国战“疫”的成功在很大程度上取决于中国共产党科学技术现代化思想的指导。中国共产党科学技术现代化思想是对马克思主义科学技术理论的继承与发展,是我们党在遵循世界科技现代化一般规律的基础上创立的科学理论体系。它的主要内涵包括对科学技术现代化战略地位的认知,即科学技术在中国特色社会主义现代化中具有决定性作用;对科学技术现代化路径选择的认知,即加强人才建设、不断推进科技体制改革创新和对外开放;对科学技术现代化价值旨归的认知,即科学技术现代化的落脚点是人民。
A sudden outbreak of the global epidemic,and the great achievements made in the global fight against the epidemic highlighted the modern value of the modernization of science and technology.The success of China’s fight against the epidemic depends to a great extent on the guidance of the Communist Party of China’s thought of scientific and technological modernization.The thought of scientific and technological modernization of the Communist Party of China is the inheritance and development of the Marxist theory of science and technology.It is a scientific theoretical system established by our Party on the basis of following the general law of the world scientific and technological modernization.Its main connotation includes the cognition of the strategic position of the modernization of science and technology,that is,science and technology play a decisive role in the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics;the cognition of the choice of path of science and technology modernization,that is,to strengthen the construction of talents,continuously promote the reform and innovation of science and technology system and open to the outside world;the cognition of the value of the modernization of science and technology is that the foothold of the modernization of science and technology is the people.
