复方芩兰口服液联合奥司他韦治疗上呼吸道感染的效果探究

Study on the effect of compound Qinlan oral liquid combined with oseltami vir on upper respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨用复方芩兰口服液联合奥司他韦治疗上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间在青海大学附属医院接受诊治的86例上呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象。将这86例患者分为甲组(43例)和乙组(43例)。对两组患者均使用奥司他韦进行治疗,在此基础上,对乙组患者加用复方芩兰口服液进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率及咳嗽、咽痛、咽部充血、发热消失的时间。结果:接受治疗后,乙组患者治疗的总有效率高于甲组患者,其咳嗽、咽痛、咽部充血及发热消失的时间均短于甲组患者,P<0.05。结论:用复方芩兰口服液联合奥司他韦治疗上呼吸道感染的临床效果较好,可有效地缓解其咳嗽、咽痛、咽部充血及发热等临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound Qinlan oral liquid combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection.METHODS:A total of 86 patients with upper respiratory tract infection who received diagnosis and treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects.The 86 patients were divided into group A(43 cases)and group B(43 cases).Two groups of patients were treated with oseltamivir,on this basis,group B patients were treated with compound Qinlan oral solution.Then,the total effective rate and the time of disappearance of cough,sore throat,pharyngeal congestion and fever were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving treatment,the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,and the time of cough,sore throat,pharyngeal congestion and fever disappeared was shorter than that of group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compound Qinlan oral solution combined with oseltamivir has good clinical effect in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of cough,sore throat,pharyngeal congestion and fever.
