摘要
目的:探讨用中药雾化疗法联合人工泪液治疗飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)后干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年1月期间在新疆乌鲁木齐爱尔眼科医院接受诊治的18例FS-LASIK后干眼症患者作为研究对象。将这18例患者分为对照组(10例)和观察组(8例)。对两组患者均使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,在此基础上,对观察组患者应用养阴清肺汤加减方进行超声雾化治疗。然后,比较两组患者Salisbury眼睛评价问卷调查表(SEEQ)的评分、非侵犯性泪膜破裂时间(NIBUT)、非侵入性泪河高度(NITMH)、进行泪液分泌试验(SIt)时滤纸条被其泪液浸湿的长度及角膜荧光素染色(FL)的评分。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组患者眼干涩感、眼发红、眼粘闭感的评分及FL的评分均低于对照组患者,其NIBUT长于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用中药雾化疗法联合人工泪液治疗FS-LASIK后干眼症的临床效果较好,可改善患者泪膜的功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine atomization combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye after femtosecond laser flap excimer laser in situ keratomismosis(FS-LASIK).METHODS:A total of 18 patients with post-FS-LASIK xerophthalmia who received diagnosis and treatment in Aier Eye Hospital of Urumqi,Xinjiang from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects.The 18 patients were divided into control group(10 cases)and observation group(8 cases).Two groups of patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction for ultrasonic atomization.The Salisbury Eye Evaluation Questionnaire(SEEQ)score,non-invasive tear film rupture time(NIBUT),non-invasive river of tears height(NITMH),length of filter strips soaked by tears during tear secretion test(SIT),and corneal fluorescene staining(FL)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the scores of eye dryness,eye redness,eye stickiness and FL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the NIBUT was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine atomization combined with artificial tears in the treatment of FS-LASIK post-dry eye is a good clinical effect,can improve th e function of patients’tear film.
