摘要
目的:探究2型糖尿病(DM)患者血清25羟基维生素D、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的水平与其临床指标的相关性。方法:选取180例2型DM患者及180例健康体检者作为研究对象。将其中的2型DM患者作为DM组,将其中的体检者作为对照组。测定两组研究对象的血生化指标,然后对比其一般资料、血生化指标,分析其血清25羟基维生素D、HbA1c的水平与其各项临床指标的相关性。结果:两组研究对象的年龄、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平相比,P>0.05。DM组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肌酐(Cr)、胱抑素C(CysC)、C肽、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血尿素氮(BUN)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)的水平均高于对照组体检者,其血清25羟基维生素D的水平低于对照组体检者,P<0.05。DM组患者血清25羟基维生素D的水平与其血清TC、LDL-C、Cr、C肽、Hcy、CysC、HbA1c、FBG的水平均呈负相关,其HbA1c的水平与其年龄、血清TC、LDL-C、Cr、C肽、Hcy、CysC、FBG的水平均呈正相关。结论:2型DM患者血清25羟基维生素D的水平与其血清TC、LDL-C、Cr、C肽、Hcy、CysC、HbA1c、FBG的水平均呈负相关,其HbA1c的水平与其年龄、血清TC、LDL-C、Cr、C肽、Hcy、CysC、FBG的水平均呈正相关。
Objective:To explore the correlation between serum 25 hydroxyl vitamin D,HbA1c and clinical indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:180 patients with type 2 DM and 180 healthy subjects were selected as subjects.The patients with type 2 DM were selected as the DM group,and the physical examination subjects were selected as the control group.The blood biochemical indexes of the two groups were measured,and then the general data and blood biochemical indexes were compared to analyze the correlation between the serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D and HbA1c levels and various clinical indexes.Results:The age and serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),creatinine(Cr),cystatin C(CysC),C-peptide,homocysteine(Hcy),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)in DM group were higher than those in control group.The level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in serum was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In DM group,the serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D level was negatively correlated with the levels of serum TC,LDL-C,Cr,C-peptide,Hcy,CysC,HbA1c and FBG,while the level of HbA1c was positively correlated with age and the levels of serum TC,LDL-C,Cr,C-peptide,Hcy,CysC and FBG.Conclusions:The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level of type 2 DM patients was negatively correlated with the serum TC,LDL-C,Cr,C-peptide,Hcy,CysC,HbA1c and FBG levels,while the HbA1c level was positively correlated with age,and the serum TC,LDL-C,Cr,C-peptide,Hcy,CysC and FBG level s.
