广州市社区居民对分级诊疗制度的认可及影响因素分析

The Recognition of the Graded Diagnosis and Treatment System by Community Residents in Guangzhou and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

目的了解广州市社区居民对分级诊疗制度的认可及影响分级诊疗制度执行的因素。方法于2017年9月1~15日,采用自行设计的调查问卷,按随机抽样的方法对广州各区(越秀区、天河区、海珠区、荔湾区、黄埔区、番禺区)共1527名社区居民行问卷调查。结果社区居民对分级诊疗模式的认可率为53.0%(810/1527);多因素分析结果显示,户籍、职业、文化程度与分级诊疗模式的认可率存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论社区居民对分级诊疗模式的认可率不高,提高社区卫生服务机构的医疗技术水平可促进分级诊疗制度更好地执行。

Objective To understand the recognition of the graded diagnosis and treatment system by the residents of Guangzhou city and the factors affecting the implementation of the graded diagnosis and treatment system.Methods From September 1 to 15,2017,a self-designed questionnaire was used to randomly sample various districts in Guangzhou(Yuexiu District,Tianhe District,Haizhu District,Liwan District,Huangpu District,Panyu District),a total of 1527 community residents conducted a questionnaire survey.Results The recognition rate of community residents to the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model was 53.0%(810/1527);the results of multi-factor analysis showed that household registration,occupation,education level and the recognition rate of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model were correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The recognition rate of community residents to the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model is not very high.Improving the medical technology level of community health service institutions can promote the better implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
