摘要
目的探究医学机能实验室教学采用虚拟实验室开放模式的教学效果。方法选取该校2016级和2017级临床医学专业的学生作为研究对象,将2016级学生作为对照组,2017级学生作为研究组,两组学生均由同一机能学老师授课。并且授课内容与课时均相同。结果研究组学生医学机能实验平均出勤率为99.4%,对照组平均出勤率为95.2%;在研究组课堂上,学生提问和回答的主动性明显提高,且高于对照组。在实验操作方面,研究组学生对于对动手操作的主动性也大大提高,并且优于对照组。在实验结果分析方面,也得到了很大程度的提升,同时研究组学生的自主学习能力对知识的掌握能力以及运用能力均有提高,且明显优于对照组学生。对比两组学生实验报告书写情况,研究组学生的实验报告书写认真,对照组学生在书写实验报告时,态度不认真、自己潦草,比较两组学生的成绩,研究组的各项成绩均较对照组学生高,并且操作成绩、笔试成绩、总成绩均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示大部分教师对机能实验虚拟实验比较认可。结论医学机能实验教学采用虚拟实验室教学的方法,可以提高学生学习的积极性,实操技能,还可以提高学生对理论基础的掌握和运用。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of the virtual laboratory open mode in medical function laboratory teaching.Methods Selected the 2016 and 2017 clinical medicine students of the school as the research object,the 2016 students as the control group,and the 2017 students as the research group,both groups of students had the same functional teacher to teach,and the teaching content and the class hours were the same.Results The average attendance rate of the research group students in the medical function experiment was 99.4%,and the control group's average attendance rate was 95.2%;in the research group,the students’initiative in questioning and answering was significantly improved and higher than the control group.In terms of experimental operations,students in the research group were also greatly motivated by hands-on operations,and better than the control group.In terms of the analysis of experimental results,it has also been greatly improved.At the same time,the students in the research group have improved their ability to master knowledge and the ability to use knowledge,and were significantly better than the control group students.Compared the writing of the experimental reports of the two groups of students.The experimental reports of the students in the research group were written seriously,and the students in the control group were not serious and scribble when writing the experimental reports.The results of the two groups of students were compared.The results of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant operating scores,written test scores,and total scores(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that most teachers recognized the virtual experiment of functional experiment.Conclusion The method of virtual laboratory teaching in medical functional experiment teaching can improve students'enthusiasm and practical skills.It can also improve students'mastery and application of theoretical foundations.
