摘要
分析新常态医院人力资源管理信息化存在问题及关键要素,探讨新常态医院人力资源管理信息化建设路径。目前我国医院人力资源管理信息化建设仍存在许多问题,很多医院未开发使用信息化系统。医院人力资源管理信息化建设可以提高人事管理工作效率,对提升医院综合管理水平具有重要作用。增强信息化建设理念是前提,做好信息化建设准备是基础,投入信息化管理系统是关键。该文首先阐述医院人力资源管理信息化建设的意义,探索人力资源管理信息化建设发展路径,为医院管理信息化建设提供思路。
Analyze the existing problems and key elements of the human resource management informationization of the new normal hospital,and discuss the construction path of the human resource management informationization of the new normal hospital.At present,there are still many problems in the informatization construction of human resource management in hospitals in our country,and many hospitals have not developed and used informatization systems.The informatization construction of hospital human resource management can improve the efficiency of personnel management and play an important role in improving the comprehensive management level of the hospital.Enhancing the concept of informatization is a prerequisite,preparing for informatization is the foundation,and investing in informatization management systems is the key.This article first explains the significance of the informatization construction of human resource management in hospitals,explores the development path of the informatization construction of human resources management,and provides ideas for the construction of hospital management informatization.
