数字化医学影像学信息系统对提高放射技术管理水平的影响

The Influence of Digital Medical Imaging Information System on Improving the Management Level of Radiological Technology

目的分析数字化医学影像学信息系统应用于放射技术管理中的效果。方法研究时间为2019年10月—2020年11月,研究对象为于该院放射科接受检查的88例受检者,根据检查方式不同分组,参照组(n=44)接受传统X线影像管理系统检查,干预组(n=44)接受数字化医学影像学信息系统检查。分析影像系统的差异、放射检查效果、放射检查满意度。结果数字化医学影像学信息系统动态摄片范围大于传统X线影像管理系统,曝光宽容度更宽,分辨率更高,所需放射剂量更小。干预组体位不佳、运动伪影,体检信息不符发生情况低于参照组,干预组报告合格率、诊断符合率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组受检者对放射检查的满意程度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化医学影像学信息系统应用于放射技术管理中能够取得较为理想的管理效果,提高报告合格率、诊断符合率以及质量管理水平,有效提升受检者对放射检查的满意程度,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of digital medical imaging information system used in radiological technology management.Methods The study time was from October 2019 to November 2020.The subjects of the study were 88 subjects who were examined in the radiology department of the hospital.They were grouped according to different examination methods,and the reference group(n=44)received traditional X-ray image management system inspection,the intervention group(n=44)accepted the digital medical imaging information system inspection.Analyzed the differences in imaging systems,the effects of radiological examinations,and the satisfaction of radiological examinations.Results The dynamic range of the digital medical imaging information system was larger than that of the traditional X-ray image management system,the exposure latitude was wider,the resolution was higher,and the required radiation dose was less.The incidence of poor posture,motion artifacts,and physical examination information discrepancies in the intervention group were lower than those in the reference group,and the report qualification rate and diagnosis coincidence rate in the intervention group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction of the subjects in the intervention group with radiological examinations was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital medical imaging information system in the management of radiological technology can achieve a relatively ideal management effect,improve the report qualification rate,the diagnostic compliance rate and the quality management level,and effectively improve the subject’s satisfaction with the radiological examination,with high promotion and application value.
