摘要
目的分析并观察在神经外科护理教学中应用周期目标教学的意义与效果,为今后的教学方式方法奠定良好根基。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月在神经外科护理教学班学习的120名学生,所有学生均按照随机数表法进行分组,分成对比组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),给予对比组学生应用常规一对一带教模式,给予观察组学生应用周期目标教学模式,统计并对比两组学生在不同教学模式下,对于知识的掌握情况,再调查其综合能力与对教学的满意度。结果观察组学生理论知识成绩、实际操作成绩综合能力与对教学的满意度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周期目标教学模式是一种具有针对性、有效性的教学方式,将其应用在神经外科护理教学当中,可以让学生们对学习的积极性与主动性彻底发挥出来,并提高学生的综合能力与对教学的满意度,明确自身学习目标,不断加强学习质量。
Objective To analyze and observe the significance and effect of applying periodic target teaching in neurosurgery nursing teaching,so as to lay a good foundation for future teaching methods.Methods 120 students who studied in the neurosurgery nursing class from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.All students were grouped according to the random number table method and divided into comparison group(n=60)and observation group(n=60),comparison group students adopted the regular one-to-one teaching mode,the observation group students adopted the periodic target teaching mode,count and compare the two groups of students’knowledge of the knowledge under different teaching modes,and then investigate Its comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching.Results The observation group's students'theoretical performance,practical performance,comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching were higher than those of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The periodic target teaching model is a targeted and effective teaching method.Applying it to neurosurgery nursing teaching can allow students to fully exert their enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and improve their comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching,clarify their own learning goals,and continuously strengthen the quality of learning.
