摘要
目的分析双轨教学法在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月期间来该院妇产科进行护理实习的护生82名,以随机法分为对照组(41名,应用LBL教学法进行妇产科护理带教)和观察组(41例,应用PBL与LBL相结合的双轨教学法进行妇产科护理带教)。比较两组护生考核成绩、综合护理能力、沟通能力及对带教方法和带教老师的满意度。结果观察组护生的理论成绩、护理操作成绩、护理病案书写成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对患者健康状况评估、护理诊断、制定护理目标、实施护理措施、评价护理效果等评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的人际沟通能力、辅导与咨询、提供有效的负面反馈、支持性沟通等评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教教师的医德医风、服务态度、带教水平、带教方式及护理带教满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双轨教学法在妇产科临床护理带教中的开展应用,可提高护生的护理实习考核成绩、综合护理能力及沟通能力,且该教学方法获得了护生更高认可度和满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of dual-track teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 82 nursing students who came to the hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department for nursing practice between June 2019 and June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(41 nursing students,applying LBL teaching method for obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching)and observation group(41 nursing students,applying the dual-track teaching method combining PBL and LBL for obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching).The examination results,comprehensive nursing ability,communication ability,and satisfaction with teaching methods and teachers of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The observation group's nursing students'theoretical scores,nursing operation scores,and nursing medical record writing scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing students evaluated the patient's health status,nursing diagnosis,formulation of nursing goals,implementation of nursing measures,and evaluation nursing effect scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of nursing students in the observation group such as interpersonal communication skills,counseling and counseling,providing effective negative feedback,and supportive communication were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition scores of nursing students'medical ethics,service attitude,teaching level,teaching methods,and nursing teaching satisfaction scores of teaching teachers were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dual-track teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology can improve the nursing practice assessment scores,comprehensive nursing ability and communication ability of nursing students,and this teaching method has obtained higher recognition and satisfaction of nursing students.
