Investigation on the Status Quo of Nosocomial Infection Prevention and Control in Psychiatric Medical Institutions in Mianyang City,Sichuan Province

目的调查绵阳市精神专科医疗机构医院感染防控现状,为专科医院加强和完善医院感染防控工作提供依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法,通过自制调查问卷于2019年4—9月对绵阳市7家精神专科医疗机构的医院感染防控情况进行调查,总结分析医院感染管理现状及存在的问题。结果精神专科医疗机构医院感染防控主要在医院感染管理、医院感染监测、医院感染重点区域、医院感染重点环节、基础项目5个方面存在问题。结论目前绵阳市精神专科医疗机构的医院感染防控仍存在较多问题,需要结合医院实际情况,针对性地制定措施提高医院感染管理水平。

Objective To investigate the status quo of nosocomial infection prevention and control in psychiatric medical institutions in Mianyang City,and provide a basis for the special hospitals to strengthen and improve nosocomial infection prevention and control work.Methods A cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate the nosocomial infection prevention and control status of 7 psychiatric medical institutions in Mianyang City from April to September 2019 through a self-made questionnaire,and summarize and analyze the status quo of nosocomial infection management and existing problems.Results The prevention and control of nosocomial infection in psychiatric medical institutions mainly had problems in five aspects:nosocomial infection management,nosocomial infection monitoring,nosocomial infection key areas,nosocomial infection key links,and basic projects.Conclusion At present,there are still many problems in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in psychiatric medical institutions in Mianyang City.It is necessary to combine the actual situation of the hospital and formulate targeted measures to improve the level of nosocomial infection management.
